Treating Allergies with Nasal Sprays
Donīt be tempted to treating allergies with an over-the-counter decongestant nasal spray for more than three days. After a few days of use, you may get a "rebound" effect, and your nose may become even more congested than before. These drugs are more useful for short-term use to relieve nasal congestion associated with a cold than as a treatment for allergies.

I was stung by a bee yesterday in between my big toe and index toe. It`s been a long time since I`ve been stung and I am suprised how much it swelled up. 16hrs later, it`s not showing any sign of going down. Should I go to a doctor?
